Step 5: For exchange, please use the notes field to detail your exchange request. If the exchange request is not clearly defined OR the request does not meet the approved exchange conditions, Nuggles reserves the right to automatically refund for store credit. 

 

Step 6: Your return request has been submitted. Please allow up to 24 hours (during business days) for approval of your return.

Step 6: Once your return is approved, please carefully pack your return in an approved return shipping package. Take the package to the nearest post office to purchase a return shipping label. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly encourage the purchase of shipping insurance. Nuggles assumes no responsibility for packages lost in transit.
